Instructions. Start preparing by slicing garlic thinly, chop cilantro and cut salmon into bite size pieces. Pour olive oil and add salt to a pot of water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add the linguine pasta and boil for 8 mins. Remove linguine from the pot and drain it in a colander. Keep the pasta water for later use.
Instructions. To a large skillet heated over low heat, add the oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Saute for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the cooked pasta, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup of the reserved pasta water. Toss to combine. Serve immediately.
